Jessica Humes-Delgado, Director of Human Resources, Rhinebeck Campus

Jessica joined Ramapo for Children in September 2013 to manage the recruitment and hiring of staff for the Rhinebeck campus programs, including Camp Ramapo. Jessica has over 13 years of experience working with both residential and day camps, beginning with the Capital District YMCA in 2002 and continuing to Oasis Children’s Services LLC in NYC in 2008. Her previous positions have included Child Care Director, Director of Operations and Director of Staffing. Jessica received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz in 2006 and has completed graduate work in School and Mental Health Counseling at CW Post, LIU.
